As with any source, the facts must be examined to determine the credibility of said source. While an oral history interview is valuable, it is not necessarily accurate. While it can lend us unique insight into a historical matter, just because someone claims it happened does not make it fact. Think about it: If you were interviewed about all the ins and outs of the elections less than two years ago, how unbiased and accurate would you be? How about six? Ten? While these histories are important, it's also important to put them into perspective and realize that they can be biased, opinionated, or just simply inaccurate.
